Hi Mark & Vanessa,

I just wanted to let you know that your album is now available in our Christian book store - "New Vision". It finally arrived this week! I have been listening to the album over-and-over again when I'm driving in the van. I have to say in all honesty, that THIS IS the BEST Christafari album ever!

I don't know enough about music, sound & recording to put my finger on the reason why, but it sounds the most authentic Jamaican/African reggae! I love it all! Mark, I know that you lost a lot through the break up between you and the old band (i.e.: long-time friendships, finances, your band, etc.) but I thank God that you didn't compromise your vision, the authenticity of your music, or God's call for you. It really has been for the best as far as Christafari's sound is concerned! There is just no comparison between "WordSound&Power" and "Temple Yard". I am so glad that you now have the freedom to take Christafari where God wants it to go! I don't miss Erik's voice anymore. The new Christafari sound feels right now! You have a wonderful voice Mark. I know I told you that before but it is true and worth telling you again! God has given you a great gift! Keep on using it for Him! We love you both very much! My favorite song is "Cry No More"! I am so glad that you brought back the hand-drums! I love Nyabinghi! (is that how you spell it?)

ABSOLUTELY LOVE, LOVE, LOVE YOUR NEW CD. YOUR BEST YET!!! I CAN'T DECIDE WHICH IS MY FAVORITE--ALL OF THEM!!! THANKS FOR PUTTING SO MANY TRACKS ON THERE. I love how you explain the history of each song and how it came about. I particularly love the interview with Selassie--thanks for letting the truth out. It helps me to better love and understand the songs and your music. This is truly your best album yet. GOD BLESS!!!
