Question:
What methods of payment do you accept?
Answer:
We accept several different methods of payment. All orders, paid with any method we accept, must be placed using our online webstore checkout process. Don't worry about sensitive information. If you do not wish to send sensitive information over the internet, you may place the order without paying, and send your payment information to us by phone, fax, or mail. <a class="layer1" target="_blank" href="/glossary.html#Seen?">See </a>below for more information.
Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. We no longer accept the Diners Club Card. (If it's a check card, it must display the Visa or Mastercard logo. We cannot accept true debit cards)
Checks and Money Orders: Business or Personal checks must be drawn on a US bank in US $dollars. Money Orders must be in US$dollars. If it's a personal check for more than $50.00, please write your driver's license number on the check. Make payable to Lion of Zion Entertainment.
Paypal: Paypal is now integrated into our order checkout process. Simply choose Paypal when prompted for your desired payment method.
Western Union or MoneyGram transfers: Western Union and MoneyGram are now integrated into our order checkout process. Simply choose Western Union or MoneyGram when prompted for your desired payment method. You will receive further instructions from the checkout form. Payments should be made out to Fritz Madden.
We no longer accept bank wire transfers. Please use Wester Union instead.
Our policy for mail orders and faxed orders has changed:
In order to place a mail order or fax an order in, you must first place an order online.
You are NOT required to place any sensitive information into our order form.
We only need to know that an order was placed, what items were ordered, and where the items will be shipped.
Simply login and follow the instructions.
Choose Money Gram / Money Order as your payment method.
Enter any <a class="layer1" target="_blank" href="/glossary.html#Special">special </a>instructions that you may have in the field provided.
Once the order process is completed, a receipt will be presented.
You may fax or mail a copy of your receipt with payment or payment instructions.
Unless you place the order online, we can not guarantee that items will be in stock when we receive your payment. An online order ensures that your items will be placed on hold until we receive your payment, provided your payment is sent in a reasonable amount of time.
